ECB may cut rates by 25 bps in May: Citi

Guillaume Menuet, economist, Citi believes the European Central Bank (ECB) can cut the interest rates by 25 bps if the inflation eases. Menuet says despite the country‘s rates being low, they are threatened by a high inflation rate.
