A tragic incident occurred at a fire extinguisher manufacturing factory early Saturday morning. An explosion rocked the Daulatabad Industrial Area around 3 am, leading to a massive blaze killing two and injuring four persons. It took twenty-four fire trucks to bring the fire under control.
The injured have been rushed to different hospitals for treatment. Karan Goel, the DCP West, confirmed the casualties and mentioned that rescue operations are ongoing to ensure everyone is accounted for.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the blast. The factory area has been cordoned off as investigations continue into this devastating incident.
