Mumbai-based Jyoti Structures has won contracts worth Rs 524 crore from various power transmission and distribution companies.

It has received orders worth Rs 317 crore for substation and distribution works from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution and Transmission companies, Jyoti Structures said Friday.

It has received Rs 169 crore contract from Jaiprakash Power Ventures for 400 kv transmission line in Madhya Pradesh, and a Rs 38 crore contract for 220 kv transmission line from Bhutan Power Corp.  Jyoti Structures said it is already executing another Rs 290 crore contract for Bhutan Power.

Jyoti Structures shares were traded up 2.6% at Rs 88.70 on NSE post the announcement.
