M Narendra, chairman, Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), says that post capital infusion, government holding in our bank will increase from 69 percent to 74 percent. Once the capital is infused, banks capital adequacy will be slightly below eight percent. IOB's, 95-96 percent of the restructured portfolio is currently performing well.
