Welterman International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors, at a shorter notice, is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2017 to consider an urgent business transaction.Further, The trading window for Directors and Insiders (as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading) is closed from February 27, 2017 upto 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting is communicated to Stock Exchange on the date of Meeting (both days inclusive).
