Weizmann Forex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, has not declared Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and confirmed the Interim dividend already paid at 75 percent during the year 2015-16 as final dividend.
