FCS Software Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 30, 2017 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 09, 2017 to consider, inter alia, unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, stands adjourn on February 13, 2017 for want of quorum due to the non-availability of majority of requisite board members at/within the scheduled time.The financial result will be provided to the exchange subsequently once approved by the Board of Directors.Further, pursuant to provisions under the Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insider adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December, 2016, the trading window shall remain close from February 09, 2017 till the completion of 24 hours after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public (As per Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading).Source : BSE
