Asian Granito: Trademark litigation settlement in favour of Asian Paints

Asian Granito India has now clarify to BSE that the trademark litigation in which Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has passed decree vide its order dated April 23, 2013, the plaintiff was Asian Paints Limited and settlement terms are in favour of Asian Paints Limited.
