Andrew Yule & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Government of India vide its Order dated February 02, 2017, has appointed Smt. Sipra Goon as part-time Non-official Independent Director on the Board of Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. (AYCL) for a period of three years.
