Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was attacked by an ostrich while with his family at a Texas wildlife park, according to a video which has gone viral.
In the video shared by Johnson's wife Carrie Johnson, the former PM can be seen howling in pain after an ostrich pecked at him through the car window. Carrie can be heard laughing uncontrollably as she captures the moment. She shared the video with the caption "too funny not to share".

Shocked by the ostrich, Johnson was heard saying, “Cripes! Oh, fucking hell.” The animal is seen sticking its neck into the car before biting Johnson, possibly on the hand.
The couple, who have three children - Wilfred, Romy and Frank - are currently on holiday in the United States.
More posts showed the family feeding deer and other animals out of their car windows. Carrie said "it was all going so well until…".
This was not the first time that the former PM faced such a bizarre situation. In 2012 he was pictured getting stuck on a zip line for several minutes as he marked the London Olympic Games. Again in 2015, the former PM was caught on camera tackling a 10-year-old boy during a friendly game of rugby in Japan.
In July 2021, Johnson attended the unveiling of a memorial to police officers who have died in the line of duty only to get in a battle with his umbrella.
In February 2021, he went viral after struggling to put on a glove and then making an OJ Simpson joke.
Johnson became the Prime Minister in July 2019, succeeding Theresa May. Howver, he resigned in September 2022 following a mass revolt by ministers over his leadership, sparked by scandals including Partygate.
