US President Donald Trump spoke to the reporters at the Joint Base Andrews after the US Congress cleared the Big Beautiful Bill. Trump revealed that as he signs the Big Beautiful Bill into law on July 4, B2 and F22 and F35 war planes will be flying over the White House.
President Trump announced he plans to sign the bill around 5 p.m. on July 4. The occasion will be marked by a flyover of warplanes buzzing the White House as he does so.
"We're signing at about 5 o'clock, and at about 5 o'clock, we're going to have B2s and F22s and F35s flying right over the White House," Trump said.

Here's the estimated cost
Drawing upon publicly reported U.S. Air Force flight operating costs—such as approximately $150,741 per hour for B-2 bombers, $85,325 per hour for F-22 Raptors, and $42,000 per hour for F-35A fighters a projected mission cost can be calculated.
Should two B-2s undertake a 4-hour round trip from Missouri, alongside three F-22s and three F-35s on 2-hour round trips from bases in Virginia or Maryland, the estimated total flight expenditure would be around $2 million.
The exact cost can only be determined once the number of aircraft in each category is confirmed, as Trump did not specify how many planes will take part in the flyover.
