Lighthearted moment on Air Force One

During a flight aboard Air Force One on Tuesday night, US President Donald Trump was unexpectedly bumped by a bathroom door just seconds after joking about taking care of the presidential aircraft.

Speaking with reporters, Trump had paused to caution someone off-camera, “You’re gonna have to take it easy with that thing. It’s a government plane, but I like to take care of it.”

“Oh, hello,” Trump responded with a smile as the door hit him. “Someone is in there!” He tapped on the door and quipped, “Come on out!” The unscripted moment drew laughter from reporters and staff aboard, including a nearby Secret Service agent. The clip has since gone viral on social media, highlighting a lighthearted moment during the president’s in-flight remarks.

The incident occurred while Trump was traveling to Monroe County in northeast Pennsylvania, where he later delivered a speech on affordability. As he answered questions from the press pool, someone inside the plane’s bathroom opened the door, accidentally nudging the president.
