In a near repeat of the embarrassing moment from 2022, Pakistan prime minister Shehbaz Sharif again fumbled with his headphones during his meeting with Vladimir Putin, leaving the Russian President amused.

A video posted on X shows Shehbaz Sharif struggling to put on the earphones used for translation as he keeps on adjusting them on his ear with Putin looking on.

Sharif faced a similar embarrassing moment in 2022 when he struggled to adjust his translation headphones during a bilateral meeting with Putin at the SCO summit in Uzbekistan.

The earpieces kept slipping off, despite Sharif’s efforts and assistance from aides.

Putin was caught on camera smiling and laughing softly at the situation, even gesturing to show Sharif how to properly wear the headphones.

Earlier, during the summit in China, Sharif faced another awkward moment after he was seen running to Putin to shake his hand.

The video of the incident had also gone viral on social media, with users mocking the Pakistani PM.

During his meeting with Putin, Sharif said that Pakistan respects Russia's close with with India but wants Islamabad to develop a strong relationship with Moscow too.
