Tesla CEO Elon Musk has given a glimpse into his relentless work routine, admitting he barely takes breaks and works nearly every moment he’s awake.

Speaking on the podcast Verdict with Ted Cruz, Musk shared how his intense schedule leaves little room for personal time. “I sleep for about six hours on average and I work almost every waking hour,” he said.

For Musk, even meals are not a time to unwind. “I don’t have social dinners really. I literally just will have lunch and dinner during meetings and continue the meeting,” he explained.
