Through this service, the tech brand aims to provide one-on-one customer support with the help of sign language interpreters to interact effectively with Xiaomi's products and services, regardless of the affected user’s communication abilities.
To access this Sign Language support feature, Xiaomi users can easily contact customer care via WhatsApp. Subsequently, will be asked to select their preferred time slot for a virtual consultation. Once confirmed, a video link will be shared for the scheduled session. Moreover, this support service will be available 365 days a year, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Xiaomi has also assured that their dedicated team of interpreters will assist all types of speech or hearing-impaired users with any type of technical support. This includes order-related inquiries, software queries, and more. This service is a part of Xiaomi Care and helps in enhancing human connection.
