Sony announces PlayStation Plus games for October

Sony has announced that three new games are coming to PlayStation Plus in October. These are Alan Wake 2, Goat Simulator 3 and Cocoon. All three titles will be available to PlayStation Plus members from October 7 until November 3.

Alan Wake 2 (PS5)
Alan Wake 2 is a psychological survival horror game by Remedy Entertainment, the makers of Control. Alan Wake 2 features two protagonists in a story dealing with a murder investigation in a small town. Your resources in the game are limited, and there are powerful enemies to battle with.

Goat Simulator 3 (PS4, PS5)
Goat Simulator 3 is an open-world sandbox farmyard experience featuring Pilgor the goat as the protagonist once again. In the game, Pilgor will have other goats for company. The game can be played with up to three friends in local or online co-op modes. You can also compete with each other in mini games.

Cocoon (PS4, PS5)
Cocoon is a third-person puzzle adventure game developed by Geometric Interactive and published by Annapurna Interactive. You control a small insectoid creature navigating multiple worlds; each world exists within an orb that the creature carries on its back. You’ll have to leap between worlds and “combine, manipulate, and rearrange them to solve intricate puzzles.”
