Sonos has officially launched the Move 2 portable speaker in India. Positioned as the company’s next-generation premium portable audio device, the Move 2 is now available at a price of ₹49,999 via the company’s official channels.

Designed to deliver powerful stereo sound, longer battery life, and a rugged build, the Move 2 marks a significant upgrade over its predecessor. With up to 24 hours of playback time, the speaker doubles the battery life of the original Move and includes a USB-C port that can charge external devices such as phones while on the go.

The speaker features dual tweeters that deliver true stereo output and crisp vocals, along with a precision-tuned woofer for deep bass response—suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to automatic Trueplay tuning, the speaker adjusts its sound dynamically based on its surroundings to ensure an optimal listening experience.

The Move 2 supports concurrent Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing users to stream music directly over Bluetooth or group the speaker with other Sonos devices over Wi-Fi. It can also be controlled via the Sonos app, Sonos Voice Control, Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay 2, and Bluetooth.

Move 2 is available in three finishes—Olive, Black, and White—and features the same capacitive touch controls introduced in the Era product line. Its IP56 rating ensures resistance to water, dust, drops, and sunlight.

The speaker also supports audio input through the Sonos Line-In Adapter, making it compatible with external sources like turntables and computers.
