Samsung launches Galaxy Book5 series with Intel Core Ultra processors, AI features and 25 hours battery life in India

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Book5 series in India, featuring the latest Intel Core Ultra processors, Galaxy AI features, and on-device Microsoft Copilot+ assistance. The lineup includes the Galaxy Book5 Pro, Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book5 360, designed for AI-enhanced productivity, efficiency, and performance. Pre-orders for the new laptops have started, with availability beginning March 20, 2025.

The Galaxy Book5 Pro starts at Rs 1,31,990, while the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is priced at Rs 1,55,990. The Galaxy Book5 360, the most affordable model, starts at Rs 1,14,990. The Galaxy Book5 series will be available starting March 20, 2025, across Samsung.com, Samsung Exclusive Stores, leading online platforms, and key retail partners.

Samsung is offering pre-booking benefits, including Galaxy Buds3 Pro at Rs 2,999, down from its original price of Rs 19,999, for those who pre-book the laptops on Samsung.com, Samsung India Smart Cafés, select authorised retail stores, and other online platforms.

Galaxy Book5 series is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) with integrated NPUs for AI computing. The laptops feature Galaxy AI tools, including AI Select, which allows quick information extraction, and Photo Remaster for image enhancements.

The devices come with Intel AI Boost and Lunar Lake’s redesigned architecture, delivering improved performance and efficiency. They offer up to 25 hours of battery life and super-fast charging, with the Galaxy Book5 Pro capable of reaching 41% charge in 30 minutes.

The Galaxy Book5 series includes Microsoft Copilot+ for AI-driven assistance. A dedicated Copilot key enables quick access to AI-powered tools for writing, scheduling, research, and presentations. Windows 11 integration enhances AI-based workflows.

The Galaxy Book5 Pro models feature 3K Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Vision Booster technology. The Galaxy Book5 360 has a 15.6-inch FHD AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The Pro models include Quad Speakers with Dolby Atmos for an immersive audio experience, while the 360 model features stereo speakers.

The series supports Multi-Device Connectivity features such as Phone Link, Quick Share, Multi-Control, and Second Screen, allowing seamless integration with Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Samsung Knox provides security features for privacy protection.
