Samsung has introduced Hindi support for Gemini Live on its latest Galaxy S25 series, reinforcing its dedication to the Indian market. This move ensures that Indian users can access Google’s Gemini Live feature in Hindi right from the launch of the Galaxy S25 lineup. Alongside Hindi, Gemini Live will also support Korean and English, with plans to expand to additional languages in the future.

TM Roh, President and Head of MX Business at Samsung Electronics, highlighted the significance of the Indian market, stating, “Google Gemini Live will initially be available in Korean, English, and Hindi for the Galaxy S25 series. This reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of Indian consumers.”

Gemini Live enables seamless interactions across Samsung and Google apps, as well as third-party platforms like Spotify. Users can perform tasks such as searching for specific photos in Samsung Gallery, adjusting display settings, or managing schedules through Samsung Calendar, Notes, and Reminder apps. By holding the side button, users can activate Gemini Live for a smooth, integrated experience.

Samsung Galaxy S25 pre-order and early delivery

The Galaxy S25 series, including the S25 Ultra, S25+, and S25, is now available for pre-order in India, with prices starting at Rs 80,999. Pre-order benefits for the S25 Ultra include perks worth Rs 21,000, making it an attractive option for tech enthusiasts. The company has already started delivering the Galaxy S25 series phones to users who have pre-ordered their smartphone.

The Galaxy S25 series introduces Galaxy AI features designed to enhance smartphone interactions. Multimodal AI agents process text, speech, images, and videos for context-aware responses. Circle to Search enables quick recognition of on-screen content like phone numbers and URLs, allowing direct actions such as calling or visiting websites. Call Transcript and summarization tools organize calls, while Writing Assist helps format and summarize notes. Drawing Assist integrates sketches, text, and images for content creation. The Personal Data Engine analyzes on-device data securely, supported by Knox Vault for privacy. Generative Edit and Audio Eraser facilitate photo and video editing, while Virtual Aperture and Galaxy Log offer tools for content creation. On-device and cloud-based AI power these features, optimizing interactions while maintaining security and personalization.
