Red Dead Redemption has  finally arrived on mobile platforms for the first time. Available on both Android and iOS devices, the Red Dead Redemption Netflix is available to all the subscribers and can now download and play Red Dead Redemption on their mobile devices at no additional cost.  The mobile release brings one of Rockstar Games’ biggest titles to handheld devices with optimisations for touch controls and performance-focused modes for select hardware.

Red Dead Redemption (Netflix Edition) brings Rockstar Games’ acclaimed open-world western to mobile, exclusively for Netflix members. The game follows former outlaw John Marston as he hunts down his old gang across the American West and Mexico, confronting his past while navigating a vast, story-driven world. This mobile release also includes the Undead Nightmare expansion, transforming the setting into a zombie-filled survival experience. Players get the complete single-player campaigns from both titles, along with Game of the Year bonus content. The game does not feature multiplayer. This is the first time the title is fully playable on mobile.

Downloading Red Dead Redemption on mobile differs slightly depending on whether you use an Android or iOS device, but both require an active Netflix subscription.

Android Open the Netflix app on your Android phone or tablet.

Scroll to the Games tab at the bottom.

Search for Red Dead Redemption.

Tap Get Game. You will automatically be redirected to the Google Play Store.

Tap Install to download.

Once installed, launch the game directly from your app drawer or through Netflix.

Open the Netflix app on your iPhone or iPad.

Go to the Games section.

Search for Red Dead Redemption.

Select Get Game, which will take you to the App Store.

Tap Get to begin downloading.

Open the game once installation is complete.
