OnePlus has unveiled its flagship smartphone – OnePlus 13 – in China. The smartphone comes as one of the first smartphones to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset which was announced last month. Apart from the latest chip from Qualcomm, the OnePlus 13 also packs a bigger 6000mAh battery, improved camera setup and more.
It is worth noting that the handset has been launched in China with a global launch slated to happen early next year. OnePlus is also expected to bring the OnePlus 13 to India as soon as it goes global.
OnePlus 13 (12 GB+256 GB): CNY 4,499 (approximately Rs 53,100).
OnePlus 13 (12 GB+512 GB): CNY 4,899 (approximately Rs 57,900).
OnePlus 13 (16 GB+512 GB): CNY 5,299 (approximately Rs 62,600).
OnePlus 13 (24 GB+1 TB): CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs 70,900).
The phone features a 6.82-inch BOE’s X2 OLED display with a 1440p resolution and up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The display has brightness levels of 800 nits in general. However, it can peak up to 4500 units. The phone also comes with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The phone also features an IP69 water and dust resistance rating which makes the phone well protected against water and dust.
In terms of camera, the phone features a three-camera setup backed by Hasselblad. All three are 50MP sensors. There’s a 32MP front camera for taking selfies and video calling.
The phone comes with ColorOS 15 based on the Android 15 operating system. However, the international version, including the one that will come to India will run OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.
The handset is blacked by a 6000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
