Google gave a glimpse into the future of AI assistants under something Project Astra. The tool allows real-time conversation based on what your smartphone camera captures. It’s not clear when the AI tool will be rolled out to all users but it certainly looks impressive.

Google is ditching the good old search format — that is if you want to — for a new AI-powered expereience. Called AI Overviews, users can see AI summaries providing insights directly on the search results page. The feature is being rolled out all users in the US with no word on availability in other regions.
