Lava's sub-brand Prowatch has introduced its latest smartwatch -- Prowatch X in India. The smartwatch features health tracking, inbuilt GPS, and Bluetooth calling support. It is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The main highlight of the watch is that it comes with features like advanced sleep tracking, VO2 Max measurement and more.

Price and availability

Lava Prowatch X is priced at Rs 3,499. The smartwatch is available for pre-order from February 14 to February 18. The open sale will begin on February 21 on Flipkart. It is offered in three strap options—silicone, nylon, and metal—with a Cosmic Grey core. Buyers can avail an additional Rs 1,000 discount using bank cards.

Features

The Prowatch X has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 500 nits brightness and a 30Hz refresh rate. The always-on display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The watch supports over 110 customizable watch faces.

The smartwatch offers health-tracking features, including body energy monitoring, heart rate variability (HRV), SpO₂ tracking in manual and continuous modes, and VO₂ Max measurement. It tracks sleep stages, daytime naps, and women’s health metrics.

For fitness tracking, the Prowatch X includes over 110 sports modes and six structured running courses. It is equipped with inbuilt GPS and a 6-axis motion sensor for accurate activity tracking. The watch is IP68-rated for water resistance, allowing submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

The smartwatch runs on the ATD3085C dual-core chipset and pairs with devices via Bluetooth 5.3 for calling. It provides a battery backup of up to 10 days under regular usage and up to 17 hours with GPS enabled.

Additional features

The Prowatch X includes Find My Watch and Find My Phone functionalities, quick replies, event reminders, a Pomodoro timer, gesture controls, a world clock, and stopwatch with lap tracking. It also offers an air quality index (AQI) monitor.
