Infinix has expanded its GT series in India with the launch of the Infinix GT 30 5G+ smartphone. It shares a lot of similarities with the Infinix GT 30 Pro, which was unveiled earlier this year. Moreover, the device is equipped with GT Shoulder Triggers for gaming and has a 6-layer Vapour cooling chamber with 13% bigger area compared to its predecessor. The device also has a 144Hz AMOLED screen and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC.
Infinix GT 30 5G+: Price, availability
The Infinix GT 30 5G+ has a starting price of Rs 19,499 for the base model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 20,999. The handset will go on sale via Flipkart and Infinix India Store, starting August 14. It is available in Blade White, Cyber Green and Pulse Blue colour options.
As part of launch offers, prospective buyers can get a Rs 1,500 discount on the Infinix GT 30 5G+, using ICICI Bank credit or debit cards, or receive the same amount off with an eligible exchange. Additionally, purchases made through Infinix India will be bundled with the GT Gaming Kit-featuring a magnetic cooling fan and a GT case valued at Rs 2,999.
Infinix GT 30 5G+: Specifications, features
The Infinix GT 30 5G+ comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 4,500nits peak brightness. The display also offers HDR support. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. It ships with Android 15-based XOS 15, and is promised to receive two major OS upgrades and three years of security patch updates.
The GT 30 5G+ has a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary camera, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. It comes with a 13MP front-facing camera. The GT 30 is packed with a 5,500mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging and 10W reverse wired charging.
