Apple has started rolling out the iOS 18.4 update for iPhones, and with the update comes support for regional languages, including Hindi, Urdu and others. The feature allows users to use the entire phone in the language of their preference. For instance,if you want to use your iPhone in Hindi or one of the available languages, the entire iPhone will be transformed into the language selected, including menus, options, etc.
If you want to change the language on your iPhone into one of the newly added regional languages, here’s how you can do it.
Pre-requisites
Make sure to update your iPhone to iOS 18.4
For this, head to Settings → General → Software Update and install the update.

Open Settings – Locate and tap the Settings app on your Home Screen.
Go to General – Scroll down and select General from the list.
Select Language & Region – In the General menu, find and tap Language & Region.
Add a New Language – Choose Add Language to see available options.
Pick Your Preferred Language – Scroll through the list and select the language you want to use.
Set the Primary Language – A prompt will ask if you’d like to use this new language as the primary one. Select Use [Language] to confirm.
That’s it! Once you’ve made the selection, the entire iPhone will transform with the language that you’ve selected.
