Agent 47 has got a new partner for a mission called “The Infiltrator” in World of Assassination, and it is none other than world-famous martial artist and Hollywood actor Bruce Lee. In the latest Elusive Target mission in Hitman World of Assassination, he plays an undercover agent called "Agent Lee".
The new mission will be available till November 20 as part of Hitman World of Assassination’s live content. It will be free for Starter Pack and Elusive Target for Hitman World of Assassination players for a limited time.
“Unlike any other Elusive Target, legendary martial artist Bruce Lee is not a target for Agent 47, but a key ally working side by side with him in his latest mission that tests players’ stealth and strategy in entirely new ways,” developer IO Interactive said in a post on Xbox Wire.
As per IO Interactive, Agent Lee is “an operative aiming to infiltrate the Concord Union, a powerful criminal syndicate based in Hong Kong. Set in the dazzling arena of the Himmapan Hotel in Bangkok, the syndicate is hosting a secretive international martial arts tournament. For this occasion, Agent Lee is back in action and invited to compete. His mission is to win the tournament and uncover the identity of the Concord Union’s supreme leader.”
In "The Infiltrator" mission, you, as Agent 47, become Agent Lee’s protector and have to operate from the shadows. You will identify and neutralise the threats targeting Agent Lee while he takes on other martial artists in the tournament. Here is a brief overview of the mission:
For this Elusive Target mission, developer IO Interactive has drawn inspiration from Bruce Lee’s filmography. Agent Lee’s appearance in the World of Assassination mission pays homage to Bruce Lee’s iconic yellow suit from “Game of Death”, his final and unfinished film.
