Apple iPhone 16e receives its first big discount, selling cheaper than iPhone 15 and iPhone 14

Apple launched it at Rs 59,900 for the base 128GB variant. Soon after the launch, the phone received a flat discount on the listed price. In addition to this, buyers can also add a bank discount of Rs 4,000 on the purchase, which brings the price to the lowest since the launch and even makes iPhone 16e more affordable than the older models – iPhone 15 and iPhone 14.

The Apple iPhone 16e price starts at Rs 59,900, and it has received a discount of Rs 2,500 on Big Basket. Which brings the price down to Rs 57,400.

Additionally, you can grab a discount of Rs 4000 on HDFC credit card and the phone can be purchased at Rs 53,400 which is cheapest we’ve seen the phone selling.

Apple Intelligence support is one big reason for choosing the iPhone 16e over other models. However, if you don’t care about AI features, then the iPhone 16e comes with A18 chip which is the most powerful. Along with that, the phone also gets latest iOS update and will also receive software support longer than other models.

The discount offer should be the most important aspect here. For instance, the phone’s discounted price is lower than the iPhone 15 and iPhone 14. Both phones run older chip and iPhone 14 comes with dated camera setup as well.
