Only two players have accomplished the feat in Twenty20 cricket: Bangladeshi pacer Taskin Ahmed, who took 7 for 19 for Durbar Rajshahi against Dhaka Capitals earlier this year, and Netherlands all-rounder Colin Ackermann, who registered 7 for 18 for Leicestershire against Birmingham Bears in 2019.
