Navratri 2025 will begin with Ghatasthapana on September 22, 2025 (Monday), marking the start of the Shardiya Navratri festival. Ghatasthapana, also known as Kalash Sthapana, is one of the most important rituals as it symbolizes the invocation of Goddess Shakti. According to Hindu scriptures, performing Ghatasthapana at the right Shubh Muhurat ensures blessings, while doing it at the wrong time is considered inauspicious.
