According to the technical team managing the website, a total of 33,05,667 people have accessed it as of January 4, making it a popular destination for gathering information about the world's largest religious congregation.

The website has drawn visitors from across the globe, including countries in Europe, America, and Africa. A diverse group of people from 6,206 cities and towns worldwide have explored the site, with significant interest coming from nations such as the United States, Britain, Canada, and Germany.

Launched by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on October 6, 2024, the website has been instrumental in providing essential details about the Maha Kumbh Mela. In a significant step towards enhancing the safety and convenience of pilgrims, the Maha Kumbh Mela Authority and the police department have established a high-tech Lost-and-Found Registration Centre powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Known as the 1920 Centre, this system will enable digital registration for missing individuals, helping them reconnect with their families or friends. This initiative aims to prevent distress and ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
