Eleven people, including four terrorists, were arrested on March 23 in connection with a shooting rampage that has killed at least 115 people in a concert hall near Moscow, Russian state news agency Tass reported citing the country's security agency Federal Security Service (FSB).
Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, the deadliest in Russia since the Beslan school siege in 2004.
Several videos shared online showed gunmen, present at the venue, shooting civilians at point-blank range. The crowd had gathered there on March 22 for a performance by the Russian rock band Picnic. The roof of the theatre reportedly collapsed as firefighters spent hours fighting a fire which erupted during the attack.

Moscow concert hall attack: Here's what we know
Nearly 115 people were killed and over 145 injured after gunmen stormed a concert hall in Moscow and opened fire on the crowd. The attack came just days after President Vladimir Putin cemented his grip on power in a highly orchestrated electoral landslide.
The shooting took place on the evening of March 22 at Crocus City Hall, a concert venue just west of Moscow where a Soviet-era rock band was due to perform.
Islamic State, the militant group that once sought control over swathes of Iraq and Syria, claimed responsibility for the attack, the group's Amaq agency said on Telegram, Reuters reported.
However, in aftermath of the attack, some Russian lawmakers were quick to accuse Ukraine. Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, denied any involvement.
The attack on Crocus City Hall, about 20 km (12 miles) from the Kremlin, happened two weeks after the US embassy in Russia warned that "extremists" had imminent plans for an attack in Moscow, the Reuters report added further.
Hours before the embassy warning, the FSB said it had foiled an attack on a Moscow synagogue by Islamic State's affiliate in Afghanistan, known as ISIS-Khorasan or ISIS-K, which seeks a caliphate across Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Iran.
