Fosse's European debut as a dramatist occurred in 1999, when Claude Régy produced his 1996 play "Nokon kjem til komme" ("Someone Is Going to Come"). His "Septology" series of three novels separated into seven sections, which he completed in 2021 - "Det andre namnet" ("The Other Name" - 2019), "Eg er ein annan" ("I is Another - 2020), and "Eit nytt namn" ("A New Name" - 2021). According to the Front Line Defenders rights organisation, Mohammadi is presently serving numerous sentences totalling about 12 years in Tehran's Evin Prison, one of many periods she has been imprisoned behind bars. For decades, she has fought on the most sensitive subjects in the Islamic republic, fighting elements of the clerical system such as capital punishment and the mandatory hijab, and she has refused to stop campaigning even while imprisoned. (Image: NW18 Creative)
