Yahoo Inc's first quarter revenue fell slightly to USD 1.14 billion from USD 1.22 billion in the year-ago period.

The Internet company said it earned roughly USD 390 million, or 35 cents a share in the first three months of the year, compared to USD 286 million, or 23 cents in first quarter of 2012.
