Roche Bobois: new outdoor furniture collection

Roche Bobois has introduced a collection of spectacular and functional outdoor furniture. The collection consists of a special collaboration with American designer, Stephen Burks — The Traveler Outdoor Bridge — which is inspired by European design of the fifties. This outdoor chair is crafted with a delicate tubular frame in lacquered steel and upholstered with Wifera and Cartenza fabrics. It is available with or without its dramatic hood in a riot of funky colours. Stephen has also designed the Traveler Outdoor 3-Seat Sofa with its structure in aluminum in epoxy lacquer finish. It is upholstered in Wifera and Cartenza fabrics and comes with cushions in foam and Dacron. Also available is the Traveler Outdoor Round Dining Table which is structured in epoxy lacquered steel, polyethylene thread and is adorned with a 12mm-thick clear glass top.
Then there are the dramatic Wishbone Outdoor Lounge Chair designed by Antoine Fritsch and Vivien Durisotti. This lounge armchair is structured in galvanized steel with epoxy lacquer finish and is placed on mahogany feet. Its back is created from two intersecting nautical cord braids that run across its steel frame. The chair is a mix of various styles such as country, aerial and marine and is available in eight exciting colours. The Madame O Dining Table designed by Marcello Ziliani is constructed with steel tubing with epoxy lacquer finish and top in 12mm-thick natural glass, it is available in a variety of vibrant colours. Another beautiful addition to the collection is the Escapade Outdoor 3-Seat Sofa designed by Zeno Nugari which is structured in solid wood, plywood and metal. It is upholstered in Michelangelo and patterned Papavero outdoor fabrics by Missoni Home. The internal structure is protected by waterproof polyurethane, and special outdoor dry feel foam, and comes with removable covers and an anti-slip base. The Saga Cocoon Sofa designed by Christophe Delcourt is structured in solid acacia and beech wood, its seat cushions and armrests are made with polyester fiber foam flakes. This comfortable sofa is entirely upholstered in acrylic outdoor fabric and available in deep-colours.
