US President Donald Trump has reportedly revoked the security protection of some of his top aides in his first White House term, according to the New York Times.
The Times said the protection of Trump’s former secretary of state Mike Pompeo and another top aide has been withdrawn despite warnings from the previous Biden administration.
According to NYT, the former top US government officials have threats from Iran for their roles during Trump’s presidency between 2016 and 2021.
