The Department of Tourism, Government of Maharashtra, and the Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai (TEAM) have launched the ‘Mumbai Megapolis Metaverse’ — a VR project, which will help Mumbaikars to keep track of the city’s ongoing projects. The initiative, unveiled at the Mumbai Tech Week on February 18, is said to offer an immersive virtual representation of Mumbai.
