In an era where 10-minute deliveries have become the norm for groceries and essentials, a startup has taken the concept a step further—by delivering human expertise. Topmate.io, a platform that connects users with industry professionals in real-time, is now offering instant access to experts who can provide career guidance, answer queries, and help individuals achieve their goals.

Nimisha Chanda, the marketing lead at Topmate.io, announced the launch of this new feature on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “No more guesswork. No more endless Google searches. Just instant access to experts who’ve been there, done that.”

Chanda also shared a link to the website, which allows users to directly call professionals between 6 PM and 10 PM every day. The service promises “instant access to pros from top companies and domains.”

According to the company, which boasts a 4.9-star rating, the platform has been trusted by over a million users and has a vast network of more than 3 lakh professionals, creators, and experts.

Just hours after the feature went live, Chanda provided an update on its performance, revealing a strong start. She wrote, “We received around 1,500+ call requests, 530+ completed calls across different categories—resume review being the best.”
