ECB Revised Framework

This EY Regulatory Alert summarizes the revised External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) framework announced by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) vide A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 32 dated 30 November 2015. The new ECB framework will come into force from the date of publication, in the Official Gazette, of the concerned Regulations under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).
