In a LinkedIn post, Grewal explained his reasoning, stating: "When you're proud of the team, the work, and the mission, you wear it proudly. Some people wear their hearts on their sleeves; I have decided to wear mine a little higher!"

He also shared a photograph of the tattoo, positioned just below his jaw on the side of his neck, prominently displaying the Keystone Environmental logo. Accompanying the image, he humorously asked his followers: "What do you think—too far or just the right amount of commitment?"
