Motilal Oswal, CMD of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. launched ‘Eleven Commandments of Life Maximization’, a book authored by motivational, sales and entrepreneurial coach, Santosh Nair, on February 15. Radhakrishnan Pillai, author of the bestseller, “Corporate Chanakya” was also present at the launch as a Chief Guest of honor.

In the book, Nair has explained from his experiences why people are the way they are and how they can live by making the most of their lives. Releasing the book, Oswal said, “Santosh Nair’s street-smart inferences about life and entrepreneurship in particular, developed out of his years of experience as a hard core salesman is almost legendary. This book captures most of his wisdom in 200 pages.”

Nair has delivered speeches and interactive workshops to over 20 lakh people. “Santosh Nair who started his career as a sales man, just like me, has brilliantly summed up his experiences on Life Maximization in this book,” Pillai said.

Explaining the concept of his “commandments”, Nair says, “Life Maximization is a long, lonely process of continuously expiring your current self, thinking beyond possibilities to live the life of a leader.” “Declare your Expiry date”, Rock the boat in the middle of the sea” and “Be Ready to be a Loner” are a few examples of the 11 commandments.
