NDA convener Sharad Yadav said on Wednesday that monsoon session of the Parliament will be stormy, as the issue of corruption would be raised.
"We are going to put the government on the mat over the corruption," Yadav, also Janata Dal (U) president, told reporters after attending his party's state-level conference.
The opposition was united for taking the UPA government to the task, he said, adding that it would ensure that the people who were involved in 2G scam but were still out would be sent to the jail.
When asked whether the Prime Minister should come under the ambit of Lokpal, he said that he would put forth his views in the Parliament.
"It will be too early and improper for me to give my opinion, when a joint committee to draft the Lokpal bill is at work," he said.
About the Congress''s criticism of agitations of Anna Hazare and yoga guru Baba Ramdev, he said that every citizen had the right to protest.
What happened at Ramlila Maidan, at Ramdev''s agitation, was very unfortunate, totally unconstitutional, and barbaric in nature, Yadav said. "It is a blot on democracy."
