After adding The Big Lebowski via Universal Studios over the weekend, Facebook's latest movie rental addition is Miramax films. The studio is offering the Miramax eXperience via its Facebook page, which directs you to add the Miramax app. The studio is currently offering 20 titles in the US and 10 in the UK and Turkey. India falls under the US's 20 list. You can view clips or rent entire movies online for 3 Facebook credits or $30 (Rs. 136). Rentals are saved for 48 hours and users can watch the film as many times as they like in 48 hours.

The app will also eventually feature the Casting Call game, which will let users cast friends as characters in Miramax films. Miramax also writes in a blog post that movies can be watched online on Facebook, as well as on the iPad and Google TV. Films available to watch on Facebook include Adventureland, The Clerks, Pulp Fiction, Trainspotting and No Country for Old Men. As per normal Facebook protocol, users will be able to like and comment on movies and clips they've seen.
