Instagram images are still viewable on TweetDeck – the social media application dashboard for Twitter, which also happens to be owned by Twitter. Images shared by Instagram, however, are not viewable on the official Twitter application.We had tried accessing the images on Twitter for iOS and Twitter for Android, but Instagram images were not visible. There's just a link redirecting users to the official Instagram website. However, when we tried the TweetDeck application, which happens to be owned by Twitter, we found that the app opened the images just fine.It appears that this may have been an oversight on part of Instagram where Instagram images are viewable on third party Twitter applications. If one really wants to view Instagram images on Twitter without wanting to go to the official Instagram website, then TweetDeck is a good option to use for now.
