Alcatel-Lucent has announced that CEO Ben Verwaayen has decided not to seek re-election as a director at this year's Annual General Meeting.

Alcatel-Lucent has announced that CEO, Ben Verwaayen, has decided not to seek re-election as a director at this year’s Annual General Meeting, and will step down as CEO once a successful transition has been executed.
