    • Revision to Schedule VI to the Companies Act

      MCA has revised Schedule VI in February 2011. The Schedule has been framed in accordance with the existing non-converged Indian Accounting Standards (“AS”), notified under the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006.

    • XBRL Reporting : The New Filing Tool

      MCA has recently mandated certain class of companies to file their audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2011 onwards using XBRL taxonomy.
