      In the midst of the ongoing Lok Sabha election, the Rajputs (also known as Thakurs) are organizing a series of caste panchayats throughout western Uttar Pradesh. These panchayats are being held by the Thakurs to express their dissatisfaction with the BJP due to their alleged marginalization and ticket distribution.
