    • Independent auditor to look into Maha Satyam's books: HC

      There seems to be further delay in the proposed merger of Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra. The Andhra Pradesh High Court is going to appoint an independent auditing firm to look into the accounts and balance sheets of Mahindra Satyam.
