As per the modified prediction of Indian Meteorological Department, Nilofar is likely to have a landfall near Naliya village of Kutch district by November 1 afternoon against the earlier prediction of October 31.
The Met department has said that there will be heavy rainfall in coastal Saurashtra and Kutch on October 30 and 31.
