The company’s backers including Lightspeed Venture Partners are looking for potential acquirers for the company, sources said, adding that if these talks fall through, the company might consider to close its operations.
Zoho’s Vembu stressed the importance of building long-term goals to sustain in tough economic situations.
“We have scaled down our team massively and are rethinking our acquisition channels and our go-to market from scratch. We have a 40 people team now who are committed to it and we still plan to build in the segment,” cofounder told Moneycontrol.
