Woman finds hidden spy camera inside washroom of Panvel farmhouse, owner arrested

In an astonishing incident that has surfaced from Panvel, a hidden spy camera was found inside the washroom of a farmhouse in Taloja, media reports said on Wednesday. The incident came to light when a woman guest at the Riyanshi Farmhouse in Dhan Sagar Village became suspicious after noticing something in the washroom.

She then found a camera that was placed discreetly for the purpose of capturing and recording private videos. The discovery made the police investigate the issue, after which, they arrested Manoj Chaudhary, who is the owner of the farmhouse where the camera was found.

According to the probe in the matter, Chaudhary had stored several videos on his mobile phone and also used to circulate them amongst groups. The police have also registered a case against the manager of the farmhouse for negligence and have indicated the manager's possible involvement in the whole case.

While probing the case, the police found out that a family had taken up the farmhouse on rest for a short stay. It was during this time that the woman noticed the camera inside the washroom.

When she confronted Chaudhary, she found him watching recorded videos on his phone. After this, the woman alerted her family and also informed the police. This led to further probe and the eventual arrest of Chaudhary by the police.

According to media reports, authorities have assured that strict action will be taken to ensure justice for the victims and to make sure that such violations of privacy are avoided in future.
